1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return if:
The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The item is unused, in its original packaging, with tags intact.
The request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
Note: Items like innerwear, hygiene products, personalized items, or sale/clearance products may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
Mention your order number, reason for return, and attach pictures (if the product is damaged or incorrect).
Wait for return approval from our team within 24–48 hours.
3. Return Process
Once approved, you may be asked to send the item to our return address via courier.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
After receiving and inspecting the item, we will confirm if the return is approved.
4. Refunds and Replacements
You can choose one of the following:
Full refund to your original payment method (within 7–10 working days).
Replacement product (if available in stock).
Store credit for future purchases.
Refunds may be delayed in case of incomplete or missing return documentation.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered. For size changes or color preferences, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to help (subject to stock availability).
6. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. You may still initiate a return as per the above terms.
